We are located just outside of Byrdstown on Hwy 111 going to
Livingston. Turn right onto Cordell Hull Memorial Drive and the Bunkum
Cave parking lot is two miles up the road and on your left across
from the Cordell Hull Birth Cabin.

Lands Day Volunteer Work Day & Hike
Saturday, September 27, 2008 9AM-noon
Please help us celebrate Public Lands Day on September 27, 2008, by
joining us for a workday to do minor trail maintenance on the beautiful
Bunkum Cave Trail. We will also be performing exotic plant removal
along the trail and planting native trees at the trail head parking
lot. All tools will be provided. Please wear long pants, boots, and
bring a favorite pair of work gloves if you have them! Snacks and
water will be provided. A ranger led hike to the cave will be offered
after lunch. Bring lunch if you plan to stay for the hike which will
be approximately 1PM. We will be doing moderate hiking and lifting.
No special skills are required! We will meet at the trailhead parking
